Classification of bend processing.
1. Pipes are classified according to materials: iron pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc.
2. Tubes are divided according to shape: round, square, rectangular, oval (hose tube), etc.
Bend processing
Common production and processing methods of elbow:
1. Round bend: bend made of round pipe materials. The most common production molds are rollers and simple flat iron molds.
2. Process: blanking ----- polishing ----- heading ----- rolling ----- bending ----- welding.
2.1.2 blanking: it refers to cutting raw materials according to the required size of the product with a pipe cutter for use in the next process. It is the first process of elbow processing.
2.1.3 polishing: use the polishing machine to remove the impurities and oil stains on the surface of the pipe material to make it appear metallic color. Generally, electroplated products should be polished twice or more. The first time: use 80#x2 = 12# x2 polishing wheel from the outside to the inside, and the second time: use 240#x2 = 320#x2 polishing wheel from the outside to the inside.
2.1.4 heading: use a heading machine, select appropriate pipe pressing die and machine die, and form a certain step of the pipe through extrusion.
2.5 hobbing: use the hobbing machine, select three suitable hobbing wheels, and press the pipe joint into tooth patterns, usually M10. P1. 0 teeth.
Flattening:
It means that one end of the pipe material is flattened under the press die of the punch to facilitate sand filling. For sand filling, due to the large bending deformation of the pipe material, the pipe material shall be filled with sand after flattening to avoid excessive deformation during bending.
Cut & incision:
Cut the bent pipe material on the pipe cutter according to the required angle of the circular surface.
Drilling:
Drill through the surface of the pipe material with a drilling machine to facilitate the mechanical connection after the pipe material is combined and the pipeline is easy to pass through
Welding:
The welding rod and flux are used to combine the pipe materials under the condition of high temperature melting to form the required products
Correcting:
After welding, the variable pipe is easy to be deformed, and it shall be restored to its original state by man or machine
Hemp:
Polish the welding spot with a grinder to make it smooth and flat,
